Prawns Gravy Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • Fresh Prawns-1/2 kg
  • Tomato chopped- 3nos.
  • Onion chopped-
  • Curry leaves and corriander chopped- 1 cup
  • Green chillies- 4 nos.
  • Ginger and garlic paste- 1 tsp.
  • Oil- 4
  • Chirakam-1/2 tsp.
  • Turmeric-1/2 tsp
  • Masala powder -1tsp
  • Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
  • Salt- 1 tsp
  • Water- 2 cups

PREPARATION METHOD:

  • Take warm water and clean the fresh prawns in warm water 3 or 4 times in it.
  • Take a bowl and add four table spoons of oil in it.
  • Add 1/2 table spoon cirakamin it.
  • Now add onion in it and make deep fry until it turns to Golden color.
  • Add 1 tsp Ginger and garlic paste in it.
  • Now add tomates and green chillies in it.
  • Add prawns to it and cook for 1 minute.
  • After sometime add 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp masala powder, 2 tbsp red chilli powder in it.
  • Add 1 tsp salt and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Mix all the ingredients,pour some water in it and cook for 1/2 hour.
  • Cook until water gets absorb and serve.
